About This Project
This website documents the construction of a Van’s Aircraft RV-14 kit airplane. The RV-14 is a two-seat, low-wing aircraft designed for sport flying and cross-country travel.
The Build
Section titled “The Build”The RV-14 comes as a kit that requires assembly by the builder. This project involves:
- Empennage - Tail section including rudder, elevator, and vertical/horizontal stabilizers
- Wings - Main wing assembly with control surfaces and fuel tanks
- Fuselage - Main body structure and cockpit
